On October 25, 2025, a forum hosted by the Kansai Branch of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers was held at our university. This 26th forum featured parallel sessions where participants divided into six discussion groups, each featuring a keynote lecture followed by lively discussions. Additionally, in a special lecture attended by all participants, Professor Tabata (Vice President) from the Faculty of Engineering delivered a presentation titled “The Future Opened by Diversity: KUAS’s Approach to Cultivating Street-Smart Talent.” Several other faculty members from the Faculty of Engineering and graduate students from the Graduate School of Engineering also supported the forum as venue staff.
