Form of Consultation

Individual Interviews As a general rule, we provide one-on-one counseling for adults.
Parent-child parallel interview For children, we try to solve problems through one-on-one play.
At the same time, a different person in charge will meet with the parents to discuss how to interact with their children.
Parenting consultation meetings We also hold parenting consultation meetings as a place to share a wide range of child-rearing concerns. Please apply as a group, such as a local child-rearing circle or a group of neighbors.
A counselor will join the group and discuss the topic of the day with the parent/child group. The frequency of the counseling sessions is about once a month.
Babysitters will be assigned to children.
Children of all ages are welcome, and you can participate even if the child and parent do not come together.

As a general rule, each individual interview and parent-child parallel interview lasts 50 minutes.

If necessary, we can also use various techniques such as sandplay therapy, drawing therapy, etc., or psychological testing.
In some cases, we may refer you to other facilities or medical institutions that may be more appropriate.
The content of your consultation will be kept strictly confidential.
The consultation office is staffed primarily by faculty members who are licensed clinical psychologists. It also serves as a training and educational research facility, where graduate students and trainees who have received professional training participate in counseling under the supervision of faculty members.
