Until spring of 2008, I had been working for a manufacturing company as an engineer for digital consumer electronics. On top of designing hardware, I had also been in charge of new business development like creating service applications.
My field of research now is still "innovation," however, covering various domains like hospitality and tourism industry or Japanese long-established companies.
Let's enjoy studying business specifically in terms of innovation, marketing, service management, and tourism industry.
