The main research theme is the study of the social and psychological factors that leisure and recreational activities have on the happiness and health of the elderly. The main research theme is research into the social and psychological factors that leisure and recreational activities have on the happiness and health of the elderly. In particular, the research examines the relationship between leisure and recreational activities and interactions with others, a sense of purpose in life in the elderly. Practical studies on how to promote health through leisure and recreational activities and how to utilize them for community development.
