Research Overview
Why do people work? What kinds of jobs make people happy? Why do some jobs pay well and others pay less? How can student experience be applied to work? ... My work involves using data and economics to study the skills of people, jobs and organizations. To interpret the data, my research involves fieldwork in actual workplaces and firms, and more recently experiments using vital data like EEG.
