Brief Biography | SUZUKI Hiroyuki graduated as a valedictorian from the Faculty of Commerce and Management, Hitotsubashi University, in March 2008. He completed the Master’s Program (Five-year Researcher Training Program) at Hitoshubashi School of Business Administration in March 2009. He obtained a PhD from Manchester Business School, the UK, in December 2015. He then worked as a lecturer at Swansea University and the University of Bristol in the UK. Since June 2021, he has worked as a lecturer at the Graduate School of Economics, Kyoto University. He specializes in management accounting. Using a qualitative method, he studies Japanese companies’ practice of management accounting mainly from the perspective of its impact on human behavior, culture and society. |
