Brief Biography | YAMADA Yoshitaka is a certified accountant (CPA in Japan and the U.S.), a certified fraud examiner (CFE), a certified management accountant (CMA), and a certified internal auditor (CIA). He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Kyoto University. He completed the Master’s Program in Accountancy at the University of Illinois, in the U.S., and obtained a Master of Science in Accountancy there. As a CPA, he has been engaged in audits of financial statements and advisory services on IFRS implementation for mainly listed companies in Japan. Since 2024, he has been a director of the Japan Auditing Association. |
