亀岡市・亀岡商工会議所と産学公連携に関する協定を締結しました

2022年1月17日、京都先端科学大学は亀岡市及び亀岡商工会議所と産学公連携に関する協定を締結いたしました。

この日、亀岡市役所において行われた調印式には、本学より前田正史学長らが、亀岡市より桂川孝裕市長らが、亀岡商工会議所より川勝啓史会頭らが出席し執り行われました。

この協定により、令和4年度から産学公連携事業を開始し、「次代をリードする新産業を創出するまち」を目指します。

令和4年度から開始する産学公連携事業において、本学京都亀岡キャンパス内の未利用地や未利用教室を活用し、産学公連携拠点として「オープンイノベーションセンター・亀岡」を整備していきます。

「オープンイノベーションセンター・亀岡」は、亀岡市・亀岡商工会議所と連携し、レンタルラボ、研究・試験設備の貸出、技術支援、企業支援、リカレント教育などを通じ、地域産業を支援、活性化を図るとともに、企業誘致による新産業創出に寄与します。

具体的な実施事業は下記を予定しています。

An agreement on industry-academia-government collaboration with Kameoka City and Kameoka Chamber of Commerce and Industry

On January 17, 2022, Kyoto University of Advanced Science concluded an agreement for industry-academia-government collaboration with the city of Kameoka and the Kameoka Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The signing ceremony was held at Kameoka City Hall and was attended by KUAS President Masfumi Maeda, Kameoka City Mayor Takahiro Katsuragawa, and the Kameoka CCI Chairman Hiroshi Kawakatsu as well as other guests from KUAS, Kameoka City and the Kameoka Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Through this agreement, KUAS will be involved industry-academia-government collaboration projects starting in the 2022 fiscal year with the aim of creating “a city that creates new industries to lead the next generation”.

As part of the industry-academia-government collaboration project starting in the 2022 fiscal year, unused land and classrooms at KUAS Kyoto Kameoka Campus will be used to establish the “Open Innovation Center Kameoka” as a base for industry-academia-government collaboration.

In cooperation with Kameoka City and the Kameoka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the “Open Innovation Center Kameoka” will contribute to the creation of new industries by attracting companies as well as supporting and revitalizing local industries through rental laboratories, lending of research and testing equipment, technical support, corporate support, and recurrent education.
