研究内容
スポーツをする全ての人が楽しめるようなスポーツ環境に必要な要素とは何だろうか？この疑問を解き明かすために、私は「主体的、自律的にスポーツに取り組める環境」に注目しています。そこで、スポーツをする人が主体的にスポーツに取り組める環境、自律的にスポーツに取り組めるようなコーチの関わり方について研究を進めています。他にも、最適なパフォーマンスの発達と発揮のためのメンタルトレーニングについても研究・実践をしています。
What are the significant aspects of an environment where everyone enjoys playing sports? To clarify this research question, I pay attention to "autonomy" and "sport environment enabling people for proactive engagement". Specifically, I have investigated aspects that formulate an environment facilitating them to proactive engage in sport and coaching behaviors encouraging players to be autonomous. Also, I am interested in practicing and researching mental training for optimal development and maximum performance.
