International Student Dormitories
As the name implies, the International Student Dormitories are a convenient way for students to live on campus while expanding their cultural horizons.
The student dormitories consist of International Student Residence Uzumasa A, which is attached to the South Building on the Kyoto Uzumasa Campus grounds, and International Student Residences Uzumasa B, C, D, and E which are all within walking distance of the campus. In addition, there is the Kameoka dormitory near Kameoka Campus.
Through the shared living experience of international and Japanese students, students can enjoy a culturally diverse dormitory life while getting to know various cultures and values.
Apartments
The Student Affairs Center distributes an apartment information magazine published by a group of KUAS-affiliated real estate agents. The Student Affairs Center also provides information on shared housing (lodgings with shared bathrooms and toilets) and other properties managed by private landlords. The Student Affairs Center recommends that students go and view any properties they are considering and carefully review all conditions before renting.
