ウクライナの学生・大学院生、研究者への支援

2022年2月に始まったロシア軍による侵攻以降、ウクライナでは学びや研究を継続することが難しくなっています。本学では一人でも多くの学生や研究者が継続して学業・研究に取り組めるよう支援の手を差し伸べたいと考えています。皆様からのご支援・ご協力をお願い申し上げます。

本支援に伴う寄付金の使途について

(1) 経済的支援（渡航や生活のための支援金の支給）  
(2) 住居支援（住居・宿舎等の確保）
(3) その他、ご家族に関する支援や受入れに関する取組等に活用

税法上の優遇措置及び領収書の発行について

本学へのご寄付につきましては、文部科学省より「特定公益増進法人であることの証明書」及び「税額控除に関する証明書」の交付を受けています。

本ご寄付につきましては、通常の本学へのご寄付と同様に、税法上の優遇措置をご利用いただけるよう寄付金領収証を発行いたします。

ただし、令和3年度の税制改正に基づき、令和5年1月以降に受領した寄付金の領収書への押印を省略することとしましたので、ご承知おき願います。

Support for Ukrainian Students, Graduate Students and Researchers

Our institution is deeply concerned about the difficulties that Ukrainian students and researchers are experiencing as a result of the Russian military invasion of Ukraine that began in February 2022.

In response to this internationally alarming situation, KUAS will provide support to Ukrainian students, graduate students, and researchers who wish to pursue their educations and/or research in Japan at KUAS.

We would like to ask for your warm support and cooperation to help as many of these displaced students and researchers as possible.
 

Donations will be used to achieve/provide the following

(1)  Establishment of contact points for the coordination of travel to Japan, etc.  
(2)  Financial assistance (travel and subsistence grants)
(3)  Housing support (securing of housing, accommodation, etc.)
(4)  Other efforts related to support and acceptance of scholar's family members, etc.
Any remaining balance of your donation will be entrusted to the Embassy of Ukraine or other official humanitarian aid organizations.
