  • After graduating from Rikkyo University, Professor Yukari Hayasaki became an international flight attendant. In later years, became an in-flight manager, where she was involved in personnel development, organizational management, recruitment, planning and launching new routes. In 2023, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship from the Sagami Women’s University.
    Through her experience in the airline industry, Professor Hayasaki is deepening her research on the role of the aviation and tourism industry and the impact it has on sustainable society. In hopes of becoming an even more resilient member of society, she is also engaging in research on human resource development.

    In her spare time, Professor Hayasaki enjoys visiting shrines, temples and castle ruins, as well as viewing local performing arts.
