KUAS-managed Apartments

In addition to the dormitories, KUAS also offers university-managed apartments. These apartments are off-campus residences where non-students may also live, but they can be rented safely through the university.
Like the dormitories, each unit is fully furnished, and utilities are included in the room fee. Students can move in easily and enjoy a more personal and independent lifestyle. Students living in university-managed apartments are also welcome to join events organized by the KUAS dormitories. In addition, they can consult with Tutors or KUAS Housing Office whenever they need assistance, ensuring a safe and fulfilling living experience.
The apartments shown below are examples of the housing options offered by KUAS, and other possibilities may be suggested depending on the situation. Because space in both the dormitories and university-managed apartments is limited, students who cannot be placed in their preferred accommodation will be connected with our partner real estate agencies for alternative housing support.

Chateau Uzumasa

Chateau Uzumasa is conveniently located near Uzumasa Campus, about a 7-minute walk away. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a single bed, desk, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, laundry machine, unit bath (combined bath and toilet) and closet.

Notes:

The move-in fee includes dorm maintenance costs.

All utilities are included in the room fee.

Bed linen rental services are not available for Chateau Uzumasa, and residents must provide their own bedding.

Chateau Uzumasa residents do not receive meals by default. However, residents have the option to subscribe to a meal plan (20,000 JPY/month), which includes breakfast and dinner on school days at the Uzumasa Campus cafeteria.

For current residents, the above fees will take effect at the time of their next contract renewal.

Estate Suzaku

Estate Suzaku is located about a 10-minute bicycle ride from Uzumasa Campus. A large supermarket is nearby, and both a subway and JR transfer station are within walking distance, offering great convenience for daily life. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a single bed, desk, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, laundry machine, unit bath (combined bath and toilet) and closet.
