  • Dr. Atsuko Takinishi is a distinguished scholar in the field of economics, specializing in financial accounting and capital market research. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from Kyoto University.
    Her academic career includes an assistant professorship at National Taiwan University, where she received one-year competitive research grants from the Ministry of Science and Technology in Taiwan for her own overseas research, which allowed her to focus on conducting advanced research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Visiting Scholar. Dr. Takinishi is now an Associate Professor at the Kyoto University of Advanced Science.
