International Student Residence Uzumasa B (Men’s Dormitory)

International Student Residence Uzumasa B (Dormitory B) is an apartment-style dormitory located near Uzumasa Campus, about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bicycle. It is situated in a quiet residential area with nearby convenience stores for everyday shopping.
Each dormitory room is air-conditioned and equipped with a single bed, bookshelf, desk, refrigerator, kitchen, unit bath (combined bath and toilet), and closet. Laundry machines are shared. Each floor features a shared lounge where students can relax, study together, and connect with fellow residents.

Notes:

The move-in fee includes dorm maintenance costs.

All utilities are included in the room fee.

Dormitory B residents do not receive meals by default. However, residents have the option to subscribe to a meal plan (20,000 JPY/month), which includes breakfast and dinner on school days at the Uzumasa Campus cafeteria.

Residents may request a monthly bed linen rental service for an additional fee. (Linen items included: bed sheets, comforter cover, pillowcase, comforter, thin futon, blanket, bed pad, pillow)

For current residents, the above fees will take effect at the time of their next contract renewal.
