Kyoto, Japan — Kyoto University of Advanced Science (KUAS) is proud to announce that Dr. Wong Yong Jie from our Faculty of Bioenvironmental Science has received two prestigious awards simultaneously from the academic publisher Springer Nature: the Editorial Contribution Award and the Author Service Award. These awards recognize his outstanding efforts as an editor and his exceptional support for authors for the academic journal Water, Air, & Soil Pollution.
Water, Air, & Soil Pollution is a peer-reviewed international journal that covers research and solutions for pollution across all fields of the biosphere. It focuses on the assessment, modeling, and monitoring of environmental science, as well as the behavior and effects of pollutants. The journal specifically highlights the dynamics of hazardous substances in environmental media like water, air, and soil, contributing to the advancement of environmental science from an interdisciplinary perspective.
