Following a congratulatory address by President Maeda, the deans of each faculty, together with a current Japanese student representative, extended warm words of welcome. Thereafter, representatives of the incoming students from each faculty and graduate school delivered addresses expressing their aspirations for study at KUAS and their determination to learn together in mutual encouragement and cooperation.
