Updates to “COE / VISA” Page

Greetings and happy new year to all incoming Fall 2026 students!

We are pleased to announce that important updates have been made to the COE / VISA section of the Admitted Students website. Please review the latest information and complete the necessary procedures as soon as possible. Be advised that failure to complete the required procedures by the deadline may result in delays or inability to enroll and enter Japan.

What’s New?

1. 2026 Application for Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and Online Document Submission Form is now open.
Admitted students can now submit the form to determine if they require a COE and begin the application process for their COE.

2. COE Application Form Templates Available for Download
Under “1. Application for Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and Online Document Submission Form” and “COE Application”, there are downloadable templates to assist students in completing their COE applications accurately.

3. COE Application Guidance Videos Added
To help guide you through the process, three instructional videos are now available in the same section.
