【研究支援】科研費ワークショップを開催しました

研究・連携支援センターは、科学研究費（科研費）の制度説明や研究計画調書作成の注意点の周知を目的に4月14日（水）および5月12日（水）に「科研費ワークショップ」を開催しました。

審査経験者である小関副学長（兼 研究・連携支援センター長）、佐藤人文学部長、田畑工学部長による講演が全学を対象に会場とオンラインで同時に行われ、各回に100名を超える研究者および事務職員が参加しました。

講演者からはテーマの選び方や評価のポイントなどが詳細に解説され、参加した研究者からは「経験に基づいた、これまでの中でも最もわかりやすい説明だった」「申請の参考にさせていただきたい」といった感想が寄せられました。

今年度は科研費の公募時期が１～２か月前倒しされるなど大幅な変更があるため、ドラフト作成スケジュールも修正して周知しています。

研究・連携支援センターでは本ワークショップや研究計画調書のブラッシュアップ（学内レビュー体制）を中心に今後も研究者の科研費申請を積極的にサポートしていきます。

On April 14 (Wed) and May 12 (Wed), the Research and Collaboration Support Center held a workshop on KAKENHI (Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research) to explain the KAKENHI system and provide information on important points when preparing a research plan.

More than 100 researchers and staff participated in each workshop, where lectures were given simultaneously at the venue and online for the entire university by experienced reviewers such as Executive Vice President Koseki (who is also the General Center Director of the Research and Collaboration Support Center), Professor Sato (Dean of the Faculty of Humanities), and Professor Tabata (Dean of the Faculty of Engineering).

The speakers gave detailed explanations on how to select themes and evaluation points, and the participating researchers commented that it was the most easily-understood explanation based on experience they have ever heard and that they will be hoping to use them as a reference for their applications.

The schedule for preparing drafts has also been revised to reflect significant changes in this academic year, including the fact that the application period for KAKENHI has been moved up by one or two months.

The Research & Collaboration Support Center will continue to actively support researchers in applying for KAKENHI, mainly through this workshop and the brushing up of research plans (through the internal review system).
